I am really into wellness, whether it comes to talking about fitness or personal growth
I have always been sporty, but in recent years I have become more interested in finding out ways to create balance and harmony between body and mind to make them support one another in unleashing their full potential to Health, Youth and Happiness. Which, of course, are different for each one of us
I am a professional, however in the last few years I have literally turned my life upside down, by taking a very long sabbatical to investing in myself and learning new competences, outside of my comfort zone. It has been, and it still is, an amazing journey of learning and self-empowerment
Lifekoru is all about meeting the happiest and healthiest version of your “self”. I think there is a part inside each one of us which knows precisely who we want to become, where we want to go and what we want to get
These inner whispers can guide our current self from wherever it is right now to where it wants to be
Alongside this journey, Lifekoru wants to offer its own perspective on how embrace and encourages you to take the first steps

This is what the NEAT programme is all about, being healthy and experiencing the bliss and the joy that comes from feeling thoroughly full of energy and zest for life. This is what i wish myself every single day and this is what I wish you too

This is why we chose to relate to the Koru. It is a new-born unfurling fern leaf whose circular shape convey the idea of perpetual change and transformation, while the inner loop suggests a return to the origins
It is a powerful symbol in Maori culture: it symbolises rebirth, growth, strength and peace.
Furthermore, it also represents what my journey has been all about, so far: change and continuity, transformation and consistency, walking new avenues by staying loyal to myself and my core values
